Amy Dowden frosty Relationship with Danny in BBC Strictly Come Dancing
On Tuesday 8th November 2018, Amy Dowden called the producers of BBC’s strictly come dancing claiming that she could not pair with Danny John-Jules. This was after the couple argued and Danny lost his cool.
Her phone call apparently sparked a sense of panic among the Strictly staff, not least when Amy said she couldn’t be paired with him any more. The two of them have had several crosswords and arguments throughout the series. But this was the biggest row yet.
According to sources, John Jules is knackered with all the training and he lost his cool. Amy took it really badly.
BBC bosses have told Danny that he needs to be “mindful of his behaviour moving forward”.
The BBC bosses spent the day reassuring Amy and last night she and John-Jules, 58, put on a united front on spin-off show It Takes Two. Amy and Danny have been back in training and are trying to put it all behind them.
The pair’s relationship has been frosty at times in the series.
